Online Conference Attendance

Online attendance happens in two ways: at a Watch Party or anywhere in the world via Crowdcast

Why attend Online?

It is sometimes hard to see the benefits, or even the point of attending a conference—especially a Women's Conference—online. Fellowship is, after all, one of the main attractions! Trust us, we get it! That's why we strive to make In-Person as wonderful as it is.

But sometimes life gets in the way. There are space limitations, illnesses, not to mention travel expenses, family crises, and scheduling conflicts that get in the way of many. That's why Online Attendance through Crowdcast provides a convenient option to allow limitless additional attendance.

Online attendance provides real time access to the events of the conference: the worship, progressive rosary, and adoration; and the amazing speakers! As soon as the Conference ends, online attendees can instantly replay sections, or the entirety of the conference. Online attendees can also log in and watch later in case of schedule conflicts.

Online attendance can happen from anywhere in the world with internet, though Crowdcast strongly recommends a desktop browser (as opposed to a smart phone). Alternatively, Watch Parties allow for smaller, intimate gatherings of friends to watch together. There are many Watch Parties set up throughout Idaho—and beyond! Check out the Watch Party page for more information.

Online attendance, either solo or at a Watch Party, provides flexibility with scheduling, location, and refreshments. All registered Online attendees, including Watch Party attendees, will be entered into a $200 raffle.

Virtual Platform: Crowdcast

Virtual Conference attendance will be powered by Crowdcast. Using Crowdcast, every attendee will be able to watch and replay Mass and all talks, join live chat with other attendees. It is highly recommended that you access the conference from a computer for ease of use (as opposed to a smart phone).

We will send out the link for the conference two days ahead of the Conference. The link is unique to your email address so you can not share it.

Use these tips for an optimal viewing experience:

  1. Join from a compatible browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and device (full list here

  2. Make sure your browser is up to date.

  3. Use headphones. This will help eliminate echo and feedback.
